I usually double this recipe and put it in a 9x13 pyrex.
1 lb. Salt River Ranch Dry-Aged ground beef
1 cup. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Quick cooking oats
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
Put everything together in a bowl and mix with your hands til well-mixed. Press into a greased loaf pan or 9x9 pan.
2/3 c. ketchup
1.5 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
Spread the sauce on top of the meatloaf before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done and meat is cooked through.
We like to make enough for leftovers and have meatloaf sandwiches on toasted bread the next day with lettuce, tomato, and mayo! Delicious!
