We are a family-run ranch built on hard work, great cattle and the belief that you as the consumer should be able to get your beef from someone you know and trust. Our goal is to bring you closer to the people who raise your food, so you can feel confident knowing that the beef on your table comes from a family that cares about quality, honesty, and doing things the right way.
NO SHORTCUTS
Our cattle are born and raised right here in beautiful Star Valley, Wyoming. Because we handle the entire process from start to finish, we know exactly what goes into our beef and how our animals are fed, treated, and cared for. Quality matters to us, and we don't cut corners ever.
FROM OUR RANCH TO YOUR TABLE
We ship our premium beef straight to your doorstep. Every box is packed with insulation and dry ice, and your order will arrive frozen or partially thawed.
To keep everything safe and fresh, we only ship at the beginning of each week. Orders placed after Tuesday at 10 MST will go out the following week. This keeps your beef from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, since frozen packages need to move quickly through the system.
