We worked with a local micro-dairy (Manwaring Cheese) that does things the right way. This medium white cheddar is made with A2 milk, and it's delicious.
I also worked with another farm back East to get the mustard for our boxes.
The combination of these 3 will for sure be a hit on any charcuterie board or snack board.
