Shipping Policy
Meat orders ship at the beginning of the week after your order was placed. Meat orders usually arrive within 48 hours after being shipped. Non-perishable orders take 2-4 business days in transit.
Perishables should arrive to you frozen or partially frozen. If the meat does not arrive frozen or partially frozen, kindly contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to ship you a replacement box.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Please double-check check all shipping information is correct before ordering. If your order does have the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible at amy@saltriverranch.com
