Our premium dry-aged roasts are great to have on hand! They make any meal a breeze in the slow cooker, and make the perfect pot roast dinner, shredded beef tacos, enchiladas, stroganoff, and many more possibilities. This box provides many meals for your family.
We will select 3 roasts for you to enjoy! (Will come with an assortment of any 3 of our roasts: Chuck, Knuckle, or Rump. If you have a preference in roast, please specify in the notes at checkout and we will do our best to include those).
Chuck Roast 2-3 lbs (Great marbling, great flavor. Wonderful for a pot roast, or smoked for Pulled BBQ beef sandwiches!)
Knuckle Roast 2-3 lbs (Leaner than a chuck. Makes a great slow cooked roast, or roast beef, absolutely delicious.)
Rump Roast- 2-3 lbs (The leanest roast, but still has great flavor! Makes the best shredded beef tacos, enchiladas, or burritos!)
