Subscription Box - Variety Box

A monthly, or every other month delivery of our dry-aged restaurant quality beef! This box has all the cuts as possibilities in your box. Let us know your preferences and we will pack it according to your preferences, inventory, and price.

Just pick your box size, (Regular: approximately 10 lbs. and Family: approximately 16-18 lbs.), pick how often you want your box delivered, and we will ship out your box the first or second week of each month (If a major Holiday will effect shipping, we will ship the following week). 

Note: all subscription boxes will ship out the 1st or 2nd week of each month, regardless of when your order is placed.

Cards will be charged on the 30th of the month, before your box ships.

A sample breakdown of the box is below and may include any of the following cuts: (We can customize your box based off of your preferences, weight, cut, and inventory.) 

• Premium Steaks: approximately 1.5 lbs of the Regular Box, and approximately 3 lbs of the Family Box: Filet Mignon (Tenderloin)/ Rib-Eye/ T-Bone/ Porterhouse/New York Steaks
• Roasts: approximately 1/4 of the box: Brisket / Chuck Roast / Cross-Rib Roast / Rump Roast / Sirloin Tip Roast)
• Assorted cuts: approximately 1/4 of the box:  (Sirloin Steak/Chuck Steak/ Round Steak/ Flank Steak/ Flat Iron/ Skirt Steak/ Mock Tenderloin/ Denver Steak/ Tri-Tip/ Short Ribs/ Osso Bucco (shanks) / Fajita Steak/ Kabob Meat): 
• Ground Beef: approximately 1/4 of the box is ground beef. Comes in one pound packages, 85/15

-No Obligations, you can pause, skip, or cancel at anytime before your next delivery, however, as a courtesy we ask that you stay into the club for 4 boxes.
